Our staff employment criteria includes the following checks
• South African citizenship confirmation
• Valid PSIRA registration
• Secuirity Office Grade confirmation
• Independant criminal and credit clearance checks
• Confirmation of employment references
• Bespoke security knowledge assessments
• Pre-employment polygraphs if required
• Medical clearance
Communication between our Control Room and all our posts is achieved by means of two-way radios.
Each post is required to give situation report to the Control Room at least once every 60 minutes.
Should a post fail to report, a Response Vehicle is immediately dispatch to the site to investigate.
All of our posts are visited at least once per shift by one of our on the road supervisors. These visits are logged in the site's occurance book, as well as by the on-line tracking system fitted to our patrol vehicles.
We ensure excellent service delivery through proper on-going training and evaluation of all personnel, from the lowest level guards up to Senior Management.
Our response officers have to attend a tri-monthly firearms training and evaluation day presented by Defensive Training Concepts, who specializes in tactical training of high-risk personnel.
The Administrative and Head Office is situated in Randpark Ridge, Randburg from where it's operations are controlled.
